My vote goes to Wicked Spoon at Cosmo as well. Went to there and Bellagio on my last trip, and Wicked Spoon just came off as lot nicer and food quality to be a lot better.
Haven't been to Wynn in a while, and I've only really ever gone for the brunch which was ok.Comment

Wicked spoon had aycd and ayce korean short ribs this past weekend when I was there.
