Venetian/Palazzo Recommendation

Carnevino gets my vote, but I have not been to Valentino.

CUT is a pass for me. I sides are better than the meat.

Delmonico is also a really nice choice, but I prefer Carnevino.

I was actually kind of disappointed with Delmonico and so was my group. Decent atmosphere and good service, but the food was just "ok".

Believe it or not, one of the best meals that I have had in my last 3 trips to Vegas has been at AquaKnox. Here's the link:

It does not get the "fan fare" that places like CUT or DELMONICO get, but the food was MUCH better.

Drais, Artisan, any strip club, most nightclubs stay open until close to 6am, all hotel main lounge bars are open 24 hours and get a decent amount of foot traffic. remember there is never a last call in Vegas so a number of bars are on and off the strip are open all day everyday.
