Unique.... has to be the Peppermill. Finally went after 10 trips and was disappointed that I hadn't gone sooner. Foods great with a real cool atmosphere.

+1 on Todd English Pub plus they have 2 happy hours a day.

Now if you want to go over the top, I read about the chef's table at Guy Savoy in Caesar's Palace. Puts you back $500/person but is 10 courses.
