another open bar question

Id comb through the Pub Crawl podcasts on the VVN site they always list stuff like that since they are locals looking for the best deals.

So after combing the boards, I'm very surprised that the AOD's haven't come up with a thread listing the best open bar deals. I have found the open bar at Gold lounge, and wristbands for the palms, but are there any others? I would think a group called Army of Drinkers would have their pulse on the best deals on booze in vegas..

I don't really think this is entirely what AOD is about. I know that may sound oxymoronic, but if AOD were just about price we'd be the Army Of Liquor Store Marauders and we're not.

AOD is about the vibe and the party, which of course lends itself to finding good deals. But our primary purpose is the party-and not about finding the cheapest party money can buy, we want to find the best party for the money we have.

Put another way: its about stretching the budget to fit the party, not the party to fit the budget. Check kimball's quote in my sig for clarification if you need.

(I'm not mad at the statement, and i don't want to deter from your post-I'm sure the members will point you the right way-but the comment struck a chord with me for some reason.)

And just so you know, The Army of Drinkers RAPES the open bar like it just got out of prison.
