Brett: That sucks. I've found that quite a few places in Vegas seem to like doing that. I've been to both Fix and Stack, and they both had me stand around at the bar and wait for another 45 min or so after my original reservation time. I think it's very poor practice, especially in a city where the nightlife has pretty strict time constraints (for clubs and shows).

        Aquaknox 4/5 Great seafood....

B&B Ristorante 3/5 - Thought it would be the end all for a Batali experience but came up short when the bread we got was completely burnt and was told by the waiter, "Oh its like that" FAIL.

Bouchon 5/5 Probably the best Brunch there is out there....worth the wait on Sunday for first come first serve seating.

Canaletto 4/5 I admire the location and people watching in the 'square' The Lobster spaghetti is a usual staple of mine

CUT -5/5 Kobe Steak all the way!. For steak lovers its awesome. They bring out 6 cuts of meat to show you the marbling effects from Angus to Kobe Wagyu. I wish I could eat here every day but Id be dead at the end of the week...lol

Demonico 4.75. - Just as good...Giant servings and yummy...oh so yummy...from t bone to tenderloin

Morels 5/5 - Great fine dining for dinner but ended up here for lunch too. Onion soup is a staple for me here. Had the T Bone as well as Pasta dishes. Well though out ingredients and savoury.

Postrio 4/5 - Next to Canaletto - Pizza pie while people watching quick eats....

Sushisamba 4/5 Whata concept...a Brazilian Japanese mix of food. Fresh sushi and great brazilian bbq on skewers.

Table 10 - 4/5 BAM...oh Emeril...the trinity trio of crab was delish! ...So was the mini lobster served in All Clad cookware.

Zine 4/5 - Its actually good for chinese food. but spendy! ($20 for congee!??! you kidding me?) Great if you get a 20 or 30 buck off coupon. Good for sunday morning and you are craving for dim sum and too lazy to drive (or still drunk for that matter)

Canyon Ranch Grill 4/5 I was impressed with the healthy choices to be had here....i actually felt good after a meal. Great for pre-spa breakfast

Dal Toro 3/5 meh...hidden italian joint with ok pizza

Dos Caminos 3.5/5 - Great Guacamole and chips! spendy but great with beer/cocktail. Its hit and miss, sometime the entrees were awesome sometimes average. Depends how busy they are...

Espressamante Illy 5/5 - Affagado! whats better than espresso and Gelati for dessert?

Grand Lux Cafe 3/5 - Where else are you gonna go after closing down Tao? Giant portions and many choices...Cheesecake Cafe run...

Just general ratings...can get more nitpicky as my fine dining 5/5 can be different than a burger joint 5/5

This depends on what your looking for.

Grand Lux (venetian) is busy every evening, and is 24hr. if your looking for reasonably priced food in healthy portions, just to line the stomach b4 some serious drinking, go here

Tao resturant (venetian) and Noodleasia, eating at the former at night gets you free access to tao nightclub if you ask them to stamp your hand.

Zeffrino's (venetian) - pricier, but steaks delicious, inside

Lagasse's stadium (Palazzo) - good burger food for sports bar

Then if you wanna go really cheap, there's a walgreens right outside the venetian. I found this perfect for buying pre game bottle of vodka before a night out. Also suntan lotion, $13, the same bottle at the venetian pool swim shop $30!
