I have been staying at the HRH for the last year and I always get a car.
Good hotel with easy access via the back roads to all the strip hotels.
Valets are super quick and great pools...Comment

Hard Rock has a great pool and bars but I prefer staying away from the Paradise Tower... get a room with a balcony.
Taxis are pretty much just a part of life when you are here.Comment
