Circus Circus Vs Stratosphere

Last time I stayed at Circus Circus every room they tried to give me had sticky floors...I left

Iif you don't care at all for amenities and all you are looking for is a place to sleep. you cannot beat the Imperial Palace..location is top notch, and it's crazy cheap.

Harrahs and Flamingo are other cheaper alternatives on the Strip. But do yourself a favor and stay away from Circus Circus.

I have stayed at the stratosphere like 8 years ago. It wasn't a bad hotel. But I ended up paying just as much in taxi fare as I would have if I stayed somewhere better.

Well past the time and you decided already but I stayed at the Stardust two months before they blew it up and stayed at the I.P. where I couldn't take my shoes off because the carpet had stains on it and was afraid I would need to get a tetnis shot

It's always better to spend the extra $10 a night and stay somewhere livable

I wouldn't do either of these. There are plenty of cheap hotels to be had in the Strip that are much better and more central. Or you could try your luck on Priceline and use the Hotel List for Vegas to figure out what hotel you're likely to forget.

I love saving money, but Strato and Circus Circus should be avoided. Find another $20 per night in your budget and stay elsewhere.
