You can get an empty fridge at ANY property on the Strip by saying that someone in your group has a medical condition that requires it. They will provide you with a fridge, no questions asked.
Some may say this is "wrong" but I don't see anything wrong with it. If you are paying good money to stay, gamble, eat and drink at the hotel, it shouldn't be a problem to provide you with a fridge for your room. I never lost any sleep over it.
