Does anyone have a list of clubs offering bottle service for 8-10 people? And how much?

8-10 isn't too bad. I'm pretty sure almost every club can accommodate that. Just factor in what the bottle mins. will be at about 3-4 people / bottle. So in your case 3 Bottle minimum.

Choose which club suits you and then contact a host as there may be some type of B2G1 Deal that you could get, depending on where an when you go.

Yes, your waitress will just bring it for you and add it to the bill. Tao did, not sure if they still do, have a case on their bottle menu. Not sure about anywhere else.

that sounds good to me. I usually give the security and runners $20 each and they've been happy, but yea more wouldn't hurt, they are vital to your night.

Of course. the same price you get a beer at the bar (high) will be what you pay for a beer at your table.

BUT sometimes you might be able to get the waitress to throw in a couple free beers...
