Is it easy to get food at EBC if you have a bev only table and no food is allowed? Or is it a big pain?

If you're really getting quoted for 3k I would lock that in with a Pre-Auth ASAP. That really is a great deal for a holiday weekend. Do. It. NOW!

Not a pain at all. They have a dedicated window for the grill and have set up high top tables for you to eat at.

Are places other than Drai's doing pre-auth stuff? I know you can go on the Drai's site and essentially reserve your table in advance with a CC, but are other places doing this?

EBC usually does for busy weekends and in demand spots.

remember that pre auths are so your minimums stay the same - location can still change . that is a pretty low min for who the dj is and holiday weekend, though labor day weekend isnt as hyped as it was years ago that is still a solid minimum.

yeah I got $5k quote for Saturday aviici on that same watercouch....so $3k for zedd seems too good to be true!
