I've been to XS a few times (favourite nightclub) but never to Nightswim and we'll be heading there (group of 46 with Exodus wristbands) on May 18 - Avicii (hoping he's back on track)... Do you think only the outside area will be open and Avicii facing that way (regular night)? since it's not opening night and MDW is the following weekend...

If we get Lucky but I doubt it. Avicii consistently pulls the high end of mins at XS, so the inside will be open to max revenue. Hopefully they aren't boneheaded like last year and decide to open the inside 3 hours before the doors open. And, it might be the official Grand opening that weekend. They usually have a few nights to shake out any issues before the GO.

We went last year during EDC weekend. It was a unique experience. We went dressed in evening attire with our suits under. We got a cabana which we fantastic for undressing and stashing our stuff, and the drinks as expected, but I do think that the closer to the pool the better. And if you aren't going that route, just hang in the pool or hot tubs which are pretty busy. There were many people dressed up, but they seemed a little out of place as the night went on. Some even just dove in with all their clothes on. The place was still going Strong when we dragged ourselves up to bed at 4:30am. I'm planning to go again this year during EDC.
