XS Sun Night Swim - Best Table

    Hi All,

8 guys coming over from UK. We're heading to XS for the Sun Night Swim with bottle service. Avicii's on whilst we're there which we can't wait for.

We're speaking to the host, but I just wanted to get a general idea of what people feel the best tables to aim for?

We're thinking Cabana above the bar, so C33-36 or go DB1/DB2 nearer the action? Also, are these more likely to cost us more? However open to opinions on what people think and what we can afford really?

Whilst we're on this, we're also thinking about a day swim, on the Thurs, as it's a cheaper way to get a decent deal on day swims, or do you think it's better to skip the day swim and do another big night with bottle service on the Thurs night?

    Cheers
    Snowy

Dont bother with the cabana over the bar dude - you're outside the action its not worth it. It'll be bucks and you wont meet anyone up there.

I was offered DJ100 off this image and DB7 for $495 for 2 goose. Bobby said we could have either. DJ100 is right by the stage/DJ, but we were told it turns into a bit of a shitshow with being packed around there so went with DB7 near the bar for the extra traffic.

Turned out to be a good shout.

DB1/2 would be fine, youre right on the pool there though so if you dont go in swim wear youll get wet and that'd be annoying if youre in normal club gear.

Your group will need to have at least 3 bottles minimum spend, probably 4. So get 2 x 2 goose for $495 by speaking to Bobby Yeadon or your own host. The upstairs cabanas will be alot more expensive and like I say - a waste.

Re: Your day swim question - are you talking a pool party I presume? Bare in mind Encore Beach/Marquee Day Club etc are not open Thursday. im not sure on Wet Republic. Your two choices there are Liquid at Aria or Tao Beach at Venetian. Speak to Kaz on these boards for Liquid.

I always think its worth pool parties. Go every day, this is where you get the numbers and chat the girls. Much easier to arrange in the day with them, meet them at night and then do your thing. Dont need cabanas here in my view, just get pre-sale tickets. I like mingling at pool parties so you really dont need a table or cabana.

XS Nightswim 8/18 in the Rain

Hey all, just curious if anyone did Nightswim at XS last night while it was raining. We ended up going to Hakk due to the weather.

          XS Night Swim 8/25

Anyone gonna be there for Will I Am? My buddy and I will be flying into Vegas that day and will be at XS that night (we already have pre-sale tickets). Would love to meet up with any JC members that are going! Also, I've seen mixed responses to this question. What exactly should I wear if I DON'T plan on swimming? Is a t-shirt and shorts okay? Or should I wear jeans and a dress shirt? Or what about a graphic tee with say a denim shirt over top? Sorry if this sounds like a ridiculous question, first time in Vegas

My group have not bought pre-sales yet but we will most likely end up there. Can't comment on the dress code since it my first time in Vegas too but I'll definitely be in swimwear. If you dont need to wear much, then you don't have to worry about what to wear lol

Yeah that's what I'm thinking. I've seen enough pictures and it almost seems like there isn't even a specific dress code at all. Everything from guys in swimsuits, shorts, tank tops and t-shirts to blazers haha

Like all great travelers, I've seen more than I remember, and remember more than I have seen.

Thanks for the detailed response. Much appreciated.

I think we will aim for DB1/2 or 7, got a chat with Bobby on that one later tonight hopefully. Regarding dress code, is swim wear ok, something like, swim shorts, sandals/flip flops and a t-shirt or nice dress shirt? Ideally we'd like to get amongst the pool as well, dressed to impress may restrict this some what.

Does anyone have any opinions on pool parties on Thurs day times at liquid, we were going to table/cabana but may not bother now, the other option was to save the cash and go on a big one on the Thurs night, i know Kaz can do some bustin' deals on Thurs nights.

Tommo i have a daybed booked at night for XS and. On your map the DB7 you had is the one i have, but on the map bobby sent me it was DB13??
You think they change this on nightswim?

I'll chime in here and say that the Lawn Tables (L1-L7) are not bad... not bad at all.

As far as ideal location, based on that map I'd say DB25/P25 or DB4/P4, keeping in mind that the closer you get to the front of the pool, you do have to worry about 'Splash Wars' once the pool gets busy.

The tables close to the stage are F'n annoying when it's crowded there. Personally, if it's a super big DJ like that, I like being away from that DJ stage area. Every inch of that place will be packed so talent everywhere esepcially by the circle bar and casino area. ONLY, area I don't like is the upper cabanas and those tables by the Botero patio (900s and B's)

Yes, I think if you're on a budget, clubs or pools, Thursdays and Mondays are the days you get the most bang for your buck. Liquid, we can pull some stuff off on Thurs and Thursdays/Mondays have really good clubs open that you can get some "love" at while not losing a lot in terms of the crowd quality, girls etc... vs Fri/Sat. Thurs- Tryst/Haze/Hakk..etc.. Mon - XS/Marquee

It was inside, I went and it sorta was weird... You had the pool crowd in pool attire but all inside and it was PACKED! I left after about 20 min of rubbing up against wet people trying to get to our table from the bathroom

                              XS Outside Table

Have a table booked for the outside part of XS on a saturday night. It is a daybed and not an actual table.
Do you still get your own security etc with this?

                              Thanks
