Yes, apparently they are talking to XS directly. Is that too high or too low? I see other people on here talking $10,000 for 20 guys.. not sure how my buddies are hitting $3600 for 15 guys. That's why I'm on here asking before we end up with a big surprise.

Bottle prices start at $595 so 5 bottles would be $3000, leaving $600 left on the minimum. Waters, shots, and redbulls can be purchased to contribute to the minimum also. At about $36/6pk for waters and redbulls, and $12 or so per shot, you could finish off that $600 without too much trouble.

Generally the rule of thumb is 1 bottle per 4 people, so 5 bottles is reasonable. Not sure where they will put 15 guys though. I'd contact a host...it will be easier to discuss location and know exactly what you're getting. Just shoot Bobby Yeadon a text (or give him a call). Let him know you're from the forums and see what he says.

no...minimum spend is just bottles/water/shots...you need to add 30% to that for tax and server gratuities plus host tip on top of that. So a $3600 min is $4,680 plus host tip.

$3600 minimum breaks down like this...

Min Spend = $3600
Tax (8%) = $288
Server Gratuity (20%) = $720
TOTAL = $4,608

"Optional" Tips
Host = $500
Runner = $20-100
Security = $20-100

The Host tip at XS isn't really optional. All the hosts basically demand a $500 tip. Nobody likes it, but it is what it is. If you book directly with the club, then MAYBE you can get around this. However, you won't get priority from the hosts that actually seat you.
It's just the way it is.

Runner and security tips are totally optional. But these people do provide a service and can increase (or decrease) your enjoyment that night, so tipping them is recommended.

My group of 9 had the back wall table, next to entrance stairs (to the left as you walk in).....
Great traffic, great view of the dance floor and tons of space (as there is no table to your right so you get to hang out in that space too)....
We were there for Will I Am..... on that night it definitely paid off being inside and being able to take part and see all the madness that was happening... not sure if we would have got the same vibe outside..

$3600 just seems like a weird min. Ask your friend which host he's talking to, and what location you're looking at. With 15 guys I doubt you're inside for Avicii at that min.
