    nap, pedialite, 1 beer, and do dinner before going to the club. we have some of the best restaurants from around the world in vegas. dont skip out on a chance to eat good food.

        Great question and one that you'll learn the hard way...
        I make it a point NOT to sleep cause after the sun and liquor, you're gonna sleep thru any and all alarms!
        Unless you have a roomie that you can trust to wake you, I'd suggest to keep it moving...

        A shower might help!
        you can always do In and Out burger, the line will eat up a lot of time.

          Theres no point in advil since your blood is thinned already from the alcohol, you dont need something to thin it even more, use aleeve instead. Bottle of Pedialyte, room service or pick something up on the way back to the room. Eat, drink and rest for a bit

            Just kidding. I has like 20x the electrolytes that a gatorade does, minus the sugar. Good stuff, tried it out on sat for my birthday and worked like a charm.

              This is a concern of mine. I am a creature of the night and know the timing. Staying at MGM Will be hitting Wet fri June 7th not sure on timing. I am not a table gamer but will be betting heavy on the college baseball super regionals that weeknd. I am fearful of taking a nap. might just go full on do the IV hangover thing saturday.

                It all depends on how drunk and/or tired you are.

                If you're not that drunk but drained from the pool it's safe to nap (but hydrate before) and eat or eat/hydrate and nap.

                If you're drunk but not tired then go eat, hydrate, gamble/watch sports/drink more

                If you're drunk and tired then eat and hydrate but don't go to sleep unless you have someone that can wake you


                But best case scenario is to leave the pool with a new friend, eat and handle business in whatever order and then resume pregaming for the night

                      If you are really drunk already, i mean really crazyyyyyy, i say keep drinking! I, Alex, if i relax after that, cant do anything else that day.

                      But If u could maintain ur drunk level in 6-7, then a nap would be great. I usually take some advils and gatorade as soon as i can, then eat some trash meal before the nap.

                        Just do what's best for you. I've had guys try to party all the way through and leave at 11pm. On the other hand, one time I took a nap and woke up at 2am. But other than that one time, I wake up refreshed and ready to go.

                          lol...Based on all of the comments, sounds like we should just take a nap and rehydrate before going to the clubs. Thanks for all the responses.

                            If you can control your day drinking a bit, then a nap, with hydration and dinner will bridge you right to the club at 11pm. No nap, no hydration and no dinner equals NO BUENO!!!!
                            Been to Vegas too many times to count, partied in too many pools and clubs to track, but when you live so close, why wouldn't you?

                              Leave pool about 3 or 4pm latest. Grab a giant bottle of water at the hotel shop, +1 on Pedialyte, order room service, nap, dinner around 8p, club about 11p, after hours spot, bfast around 4a.

                                I cant eat heavy once i start drinking. thats just not gonna happen. My plan initially start around noon,pace self-nibble on apps or something around 5, hydrate, vitamins and kind of keep the buzz going. I can do a noon til 7am binge. Probly wake up do the Hangover IV if need be start it up again Sat.
