Marquee has the largest square footage of all the clubs in Vegas I've read recently. If you're trying to get on to the dance floor then yes it's going to be a nightmare. If you don't mind hanging towards the back near the patio or outside then it'll be fine - table or not. It really comes down to setting up shop in a particular spot. If you want to be able to roam around all night except some delays. I've done both GA and table and have had a blast every time there. It's definitely my favorite club in Vegas.

I've been there on nights where I didn't have a table and where I did have a table. As much as I love table service, I think my best night there was when I DIDN'T have a table. Why? It was because of the people I was with.

Like it's been written in so many different places on this forum, I think if you've got a good group of people that are into the same type of fun you are, you'll have a good time whether or not you like the music and have table service.

My favorite spot as well but the size of the dance floor and access to it are a problem for many people. It's bad when a club has to have people do laps around a dance floor walkway just to see and hear a DJ. I have seen people pinned up with no where to go it gets so crowded. They should cut out the tables right on the floor and try and find someway to make up for it.

I see what you're saying. Its built to maximize table space with view of the DJ. Not hallway space where it doesnt bring in income.

Its bringing in a show people what to see and be at. Thats the whole point of being in the club business. If its just marketing, then theyre doing a hell of a job with it.

My opinion isnt based on just a couple times at the club. I've been in packed nights and off nights. Possibly a total of 15+ times the last 12 months. Everytime has always been a great time. I even went for a private event that only had basically the floor and the surrounding tables on the dance floor being taken. It was still a great time. Other clubs with that small of a crowd would have been boring.

marquee is IT right now, might as well go while u can and judge for yerself. different strokes for different folks but i had a fockin blast this w/e. got there at around 1, pre-sale tix, no lineup, ez. dance floor was jam packed, security making traffic move along so we hung out at the patio. met tons of people and chilled out there until there was room inside to party. i think i left at 5:30 and place was still hoppin. if ur with girls, u definitely need bs. otherwise, s'all good.

Had a table at marquee in main room, went outside at the wrong time and had to tip the security to get back in...lol

I've been probably 6 or 7 times, a couple times with BS. Been during winter around NYE (not NYE night), off-season in April, and peak time during the summer

                Pros
-Main room is impressive and the table experience there is a must if you like EDM
-hip-hop room while small plays really good music (even had some responses to requests) and has a better crowd than what I used to see at OPM/Poetry and now at Crown
-the quality of women there is only rivaled by XS IMO
-took some of the best aspects of XS (outside and inside areas, gaming with comped drinks, huge club) and added variety with the different rooms

                Cons
-GA can be a pain there especially on Saturday nights
                -it can get insanely crowded
-the hip-hop room can get insanely hot because it's small.
-the layout can be confusing at times

My best time there was when I was with 6 or 7 of my best friends and we just shut down the hip hop room and we didn't even have a table. Yeah it was crowded and hot af but once we got drunk it didn't matter. And it was crowded with plenty of attractive women.

I haven't had a chance to check out some of the newer places like Hyde or 1OAK but IMO Marquee and XS are hands down the two best clubs in Vegas and I almost always hit up both on every trip.
                2016 (past) - none
                2016 (upcoming) - June 10th - 13th. Venetian. Invasion schedule

Agree with all of this, especially about it getting hot in the hiphop room....man it was like sauna in there. But the place and crowd is beautiful.
I'm not that into EDM but I can still appreciate this place. Even the outside tables are nice, as you dont feel like you're too far away from the action, just a different vibe.
And yes, the dancefloor gets insanely crowded. Like was said before if you're with a nice sized fun group (preferably with a table) you should have the time of your life.

If you are doing GA, travel with a small crowd unless you want to post up out by the pool to keep the crew intact.

Love it so much , I moved from LA to work there. By the way, we had the soft opening of the Dayclub today, and it got a bit crowded and the layout makes for a great pool party.

                        Pros:
                        1. Good music choices. Headlining EDM DJs for those who love house music, hip hop in the Boom Box and I have no idea what plays in The Library. But you've got options. Sound system is choice.

                        - I do not suggest going when they have a headlining DJ and you're not in to the DJ - save yourself the headache. If you're not feeling the music (you prefer the Boombox Room) go somewhere else that won't be as difficult to get in to (if you're doing GA).

                        2. Many beautiful areas to enjoy. Lots of visual stimulus. If XS had sex with Jet this would be their bastard love child (who then wanted to rebel against Daddy XS).

                        3. Marquee Day Club/Patio Area: More room, fresh air and a nice change of pace; it's beautiful on the outside too. TVs, bar and huge big screen light show to enjoy.

                        4. Pretty high quality female "talent".

                        5. Presale Men's tickets work fabulously and are often much cheaper than cover. Certain Events are seen as a "concert" as well, and the tickets to the "concert" are usually cheaper than getting in to "the club".

                        Cons:
                        1. The lines outside are if you're there after 10:30/11:00.

                        2. The layout is fucking retarded. It was made for aesthetics and severely lacks functionality for a venue of its sheer size. Hallways are slender and require odd navigation. Weird entrances, way too crowded bathroom areas that are near hallways. Even outside on the patio. Unless you have an elevated cabana (with the infinity pool attached) your cabana is gonna get high bathroom visit foot traffic. Also because it's near the pool, it clogs even more so because people do not want to fall in.

                        3. Ventilation system. Same problem I have with Tao - it just gets too damn hot and the sweat in the air is palpable. Nast.

                        4. Not impressed by the male "talent" the few nights I've been there.

                        5. It seems like they need any excuse to hike up prices and XS has been following suit. Kinda feels like the club is getting a borderline pretentious attitude.

TL;DR : Marquee is an experience - and it's an experience best served with a group of like minded individuals. You'll get the party of a lifetime as long as you've got access to a table.

I definitely can attest to this. However, I've gone there without a table and still had the time of my life (I had a good group to go with though)
