Dancing is but a warmup for the game... For some reason, too many guys lose sight of that. Dominate the dance floor -> girl gets attracted -> dance with girl -> bounce -> beastmode. If any step fails, start again because you were still awesome before she got there.

I've also seen it work the exact opposite. I've seen women run away and be totally annoyed with your tactics, many end up walking OFF the dance floor because of it. Working in the industry, I can't stand dudes dancing with dudes on my dance floor, neither do my club owners, managers & security. We all just shake our heads and wonder WTF.

Must be how this generation rolls, thanks for the input, I'll try to keep a more open mind next time I see it.

I would agree there is a difference between guys being douchebags and maybe drunk guys just having a good time....if a girl runs off the dance floor because she sees some buddies clowning around and are paying no attn to her, i as a guy would consider her a stuck up bitch

My view on guys dancing together is skewed, because I'm old. Heck, I still think staright guys should only have their left ear pierced, just to give you an idea of how old I really am. Then again, I'm not there to pull girls, I'm just there to drink, as I'm married. I've noticed though that just sitting at a table pounding high dollar bottles will attract girls as well... granted, its a different caliber of girl, but meh... a hookup is a hookup... regardless of if its a bottle rat or a dancer. that being said, I've seen some guys who can dance well, and I've seen some guys who remind me of the brothers from Night at the Roxbury.

Agreed theres a clear difference between guys having fun and just generally acting the prick or "being duchebags" but I think women pick up on that anyway...

Some of the best moments of last years Invasion, for me, involved dancing around with a group of guys... In saying that it was half dancing / half laughing and the shit we were saying to each other while doing it.

Anyway, it's not ALL about pulling some random chick back to your hotel room. Go out and enjoy yourself life is short, if you do pull then great but dont make your night dependant on that happening for you have a good time...

I honestly can't stand when girls dance in that circle with their purses in the middle. It probably doesn't happen in crowded Vegas clubs, but I've seen 7 or 8 girls dancing in an unpenetrable circle with all their stuff on the ground, taking up space, and not being that friendly to anyone else that approaches. While I love girls dancing, that's just lame.

It's also quite ridiculous when a couple of girls dance solely for attention. I'm talking about the pseudo lesbian action while at a sports bar...then when a guy approaches, they act all annoyed, but do the exact same thing when not enough men are watching them.

At least when us guys are dancing together, we're not going to push girls away who want to join in the craziness. At least the cool ones won't, lol.
