My 2 cents, which is on sale for a penny today.
Someone might really need to use the stall for its intended purpose, lol. If that guy already experienced getting skipped in line on the way into the club, he's probably a bit frustrated when the guy who hands out towels is holding him back from pooping just so some guy can snort coke. That guy might just yell, "It's obvious you're doing cocaine!!! Are the stalls only for cocaine???" until the bouncers come. Most people are cool, but the guy doing illegal activities should wait his turn, lol.
The stallsaren't just for cocaine, they're for sex too... Pooping in the club is totally inappropriate and un-called for .

          LMBAO!!!!!!

What if my dinner doesn't agree with me? Then I have to leave, go to the casino bathroom, and then deal with the crowds to get back in??? Instead of toilets in the men's bathroom stalls, there should be another urinal, a small sofa, and a mirror attached to the sofa.
Okay, I've never had to poop in the club, but I'd want to if people got to budge in front of me and I'm not getting any...sex that is...I'm okay on the cocaine, lol.
"We're not on that list...paying extra money so other people can't sit next to you? That's not livng the high life!!! Where I come from we all party together..."

I'd say a couple of things on this one...

            1) It is routine for Las Vegas Metro to crack down on clubs around summer time, happens every year, so this is good on Marquee's part to be proactive.

            2) It sucks that people bring drugs into clubs, because it eventually screws it up for everyone by way of longer lines waiting to get through security and bag checks.

2.5) That video of the bouncer is crazy! All things aside, I can't believe he would be so stupid to let someone video that.

              FYI:

WORCESTER — The bouncer videotaped beating a patron last year at the Platinum Premier Gentlemen’s Club on Southbridge Street was found in the club parking lot by police less than a week after he was charged in connection with the attack — even though the owner told police the man would have “nothing to do” with the club until criminal charges were settled.

In License Commission documents, police investigators allege Easton Byfield and another employee at the gentlemen’s club also gave them the runaround as they tried to enter the club Feb. 24 to follow up on complaints that the club was watering down drinks.

The documents, filed by police in support of a request for a hearing before the commission, include complaints regarding the videotaped beating; allegations that the club remained open after hours; and that it may have made thousands of dollars in fraudulent charges on a patron’s credit card.

The License Commission will hold a hearing at 10 a.m. Thursday to discuss the alleged violations. If the commission finds evidence of the violations, the club’s alcohol, food or entertainment licenses could be modified, suspended, revoked or canceled.

Christopher J. Stephans, owner of Platinum Premier, did not immediately return a phone message left yesterday at the club.

According to police statements provided by the License Commission, police and investigators from the state Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission went to the club at 241 Southbridge St. on Feb. 24 to test liquor to see if it was watered down.

According to Officer Mark E. Jolin of the police Alcohol Enforcement Unit, investigators during previous visits had seen open liquor bottles and numerous empty liquor bottles and mixing bowls in the club’s storage area, but didn’t have equipment to test the liquor.

The ABCC investigators on Feb. 24 brought a test kit to detect watered-down alcohol.

Officer Jolin wrote that another investigator had called Mr. Stephans to meet them at the club for an inspection. Mr. Stephans said he wouldn’t be able to get there until later in the day because he was out of town. He told investigators he was the only person with keys to the business.

Just after calling Mr. Stephans, investigators went to the club and observed that the gated parking lot was locked, but also noticed a Pontiac sport utility vehicle parked next to the rear entrance.

“According to the owner of Platinum Premier, no one else had access to the business,” Officer Jolin wrote. “The owner also said there were thousands of threats to the business and its employees since the video of Easton Byfield aired on (YouTube).”

Mr. Byfield and Tien W. Russell, the man who allegedly videotaped the beating, have been arraigned on assault, robbery and kidnapping charges in Central District Court. Mr. Byfield, who was arrested Feb. 18, allegedly took a 25-year-old patron into the bathroom, accused him of selling drugs, repeatedly punched him, and robbed him of $300.

Officer Jolin wrote that he jumped the fence to the parking lot and approached the vehicle, only to find the man he recognized as Easton Byfield sitting in the passenger seat.

Mr. Byfield told Officer Jolin that he and another employee of the club, Alberto Rodriguez, were picking up his car and that Mr. Rodriguez had gone into the club to use the bathroom.

Investigators tried to get in the rear door of the business, but it was locked. Officer Jolin told Mr. Byfield to unlock the door, but he said Mr. Rodriguez had the key. Officers banged on the door, and repeatedly told Mr. Byfield to open the door. Mr. Byfield repeated that he did not have a key, according to Officer Jolin’s report.

“I told Byfield to call Berto on his cell phone,” Officer Jolin wrote. “Byfield replied that the police had his cell phone (seized after his arrest) so he could not call Berto.”

But then, Officer Jolin wrote, he heard a phone ringing in Mr. Byfield’s pocket.

Mr. Byfield said it was a different phone. Officer Jolin told Mr. Byfield to call Mr. Rodriguez, but Mr. Byfield said he didn’t have his number.

“I made it clear to Byfield that he was being untruthful to us,” Officer Jolin wrote.

Another investigator called Mr. Stephans to ask what the employees were doing at his business, and the club owner was asked to call Mr. Rodriguez to open the door.

“At this point it was appearing that the investigation was being hindered,” Officer Jolin wrote. “Stephans said that he would call Berto. This continued for 40 minutes.”

Eventually, according to Officer Jolin’s report, Mr. Rodriguez came out with his sleeves rolled up “at the exact moment that owner Christopher Stephans drove up to our location.”

When investigators entered the club, they found several empty liquor bottles behind the bar. Mr. Stephans told investigators that’s how he renewed his inventory.

“Several bottles were checked and a bottle of Captain Morgan’s Rum showed to have been watered down, according to the test kit,” Officer Jolin wrote.

Officer Jolin wrote that Mr. Stephans had previously assured investigators that in the wake of the videotaped beating incident, that Mr. Byfield would have nothing to do with his business.

“When we found Byfield and Rodriguez at the business on the 24th, Byfield not only had a key but he had a remote control that worked the gate to the parking lot,” Officer Jolin wrote. “The Platinum Premier and its owner will be brought before the City of Worcester Licensing Authority for hindering an investigation.”

In addition to the alleged hindering and the complaint regarding the beating, a third allegation stated that the business violated its license by remaining open between 2 a.m. and 8 a.m.

The report, submitted by Officer Robert Belsito, states that a police detective interviewed a man in July who claimed the club fraudulently charged his credit card.

According to Officer Belsito’s report, more than $20,000 was charged to the man’s credit card from 2:30 a.m. to 4:32 a.m. for entertainment.

According to the report, Mr. Stephans told investigators he was not present during the evening in question.

                Just stumbled upon this thread...

I work as a guard in a rather popular club on the strip.
I'm the one that started this thread on the pay scales.
                Anywho....
After more than 7 months of working night after night I've learned quite a bit about how nightclub security works. Although not a lifetime of service like some of you, I think I'd like to shed some insight on "our" take on drugs in the clubs.

Most of us aren't complete morons. We know your doing drugs.
                Not all of you---but some.
Clearly we can smell it when you light up that fattie.
                Duh.
                But that's an obvious one.

Coke, X, and meth are a little harder to spot.
The actual use of it unless witnessed is borderline impossible to differentiate from alcohol.
In a nightclub setting anyway, where the guard may only have a few seconds to observe you.
Of course, it's super easy to tell the difference if you were just walking down the street.

OK--so now "we" {security} have made up our minds that you are in fact high on coke---not only that--you did it inside the club.

What to do??? What to do???
At my club--the guards CANNOT just walk up to you and frisk you-we can't even touch you.
We're supposed to get on the radio and call a supervisor.
He comes around and goes through your pockets and usually tosses you right into the waiting welcoming arms of Metro.
                Your D O N E .

But hang on a sec...your on vacation.
A well thought out planned vacation.
You came here to get laid--so you have a few hundred in your pocket.
If you could just somehow get this guard close to you away from all the prying eyes in the bathroom---you could maybe slip him a c-note ---or three-- and just walk away.
He's not a cop--so no bribery charges will be filled if he says no---fork it---you give it a shot.

                OK---this W I L L work provided your slick enough.
He reallly does not care what happens to you --couldn't care less if you OD'd or went to jail.
Honestly, unless he's one of those wannabe cops--all gung ho about enforcing the rules--he really doesn't even wanna be involved with the situation AT ALL.
So, go ahead and try to buy your way out of it.
I've seen it work 3 times.

So what's a nightclubs incentive for involving Metro rather than just kicking you out?
                Simple.
The more people handed over to Metro the more Metro--AND THE CITY--looks the other way for the other discrepancies that the club itself makes.
                Such as..

                --health codes (although the city does send out the health dept to inspect--the bigger clubs have it easier}

                --potential tax problems{there's a lot of cash collected at the door and bar-u think the city gets it's full cut? Nope--and they know it}

                --OVERTIME for Metro! ( I got that little gem from the brother of a Metro cop that I work with--those officers stationed inside the casino--are like vultures---just waiting for an arrest---for whatever reason--and a drunk kid stumbling out of a nightclub is one to be watched dammit!--He's sure to commit a crime}

                Where was I????

                Ummm...
Oh yeah---here's one I'm sure you don't know about.
Did you know that the nearest hospital to the strip keeps a list of those that come in there because of alcohol or drug over dose?
They have to report that info {name of nightclub and drug involved} to the STATE.
If one nightclub has too many {whatever # that is} overdoses in a certain period--then the government gets involved and that ain't good

                Discuss....

I know at least in our clubs we take a very serious stance on the issue of allowing ZERO illegal substance use, sale or possession in our venues. In the same light, you'd be surprised how many people are busted in Vegas nightclubs for possession that you never hear about.

This method definitely exists in a legal grey area, I hadn't heard about this though.

If your gonna do it keep it at the house. Getting caught driving or using coke in a club you deserve a beating for stupidity.

there are signs all over the tryst and xs bathrooms warning that "lewd behavior" would result in being kicked out. I decided to bang at the hotel room and not risk it.
