Definitely 3rd party. My driver/car was from Executive. NO communication on either end of trip. Not worth the minimal discount.

I tried getting a hold of them 3 days before, last minute thing, left numerous voice mails and emails. Got an email back but i was already in Vegas. Said something on one of their posts and he said they had no record of missed calls. There "JC special" and "free bottle every month" made it seem a little to good to be true.

I thought it was shady when their 'free JC bottle winners' signed up on the site the same day that they won the bottle.

I just checked out their page, I really can't do much more than ask them to stop offering those specials. They are banned from the forums, so there isn't much reason for them to keep pushing them.

I complained about them months ago and they had this long winded response about why the screwed up my pick up. Good work on banning them.
