  • July 11-13 Bachelorlette Party

Oh experts of las Vegas Land we plead your good favors and advice for a Last Lost Weekend in Las Vegas for our girl. As she says goodbye to the single life, we want to give her one last glimpse of wild abandon! We are a group of 9 ladies and want to do a pool party & nightclubs. Other than the love we have for our sister, we have a variety of styles, but here's what we could agree on:
    STAY
We narrowed it down to the Palazzo, Paris, Mandalay Bay, or Flamingo. Not sure which has the best deals for our sized group. Only thing we could all agree is we would like more than one bathroom, and enough mirror space to get ready. Double rooms are fine. No more than $250 a night, to budget for drinking, unless there is a big enough suite for under $600.
    BATHE
The Bride really wants to do a cabana at Daylight. For our group, which would be the best option? Is the "private pool" area worth the extra $$?
    PLAY
We want to dance! We like EDM & Top 40's.
Looking for something fun, and not too serious for Friday. Are there any clubs that are OK if we dress up with the feather boas, corsets, type thing? Table service would be great, but I think it's going to be a silly night. Another thing we have in common is we are not shy. A club with a go-go box would be perfect.
    Saturday pool party.
Saturday night, serious clubbing & dancing. Reading the boards it seems like there are some promoters who are girl-party experts. Any advice of who to seek out for the best deals in terms of bottle service deals, drink specials, someone who can make our girl feel special?
    RECOVER
One last dip in the hotel pool & a buffet to soak up some of the alcohol before we return to our respective corners. Which of those hotels have the better buffet? or are walking distance to the better buffets?

Thanks ahead for all help & advice.

This is my go to answer that I have posted to get people started:

Wife and I did our bach/bachelorette parties in Vegas July 2013.

Girls did the party for the whole night, dinner/dancing, at the Wynn. Here's the link to the different packages:

    http://website.wynnadmin.com/imateq/...dfs/408229.pdf

They did the Society One with the Club Sampler that was complimentary. Maid of Honor did a party bus thing to pick them up, went to the Welcome to Vegas sign for a pic then to Wynn. Hostess met them at restaurant, sat them at dinner, brought them into each club with no line and they had a blast. Said that the food was great, they wanted to stay on the light and simple side and had a ton of leftovers that went to the trash. Didn't do any of the add ons as they are light casual drinkers and the goal was for her to complete her burn book while out that night which led to a ton of guys buying/pouring drinks for her.

Light Group has a ton of other options also, sorry wife got bombarded with ideas from maid of honor. If you book a dining package you get access to their clubs/pools also.

    http://lightgroup.com/bachelorette/i...rls-night-out/

Marquee has some different deals also for the pools and clubs which may work also:

Hope this gives you a starting point.
Happily sponsoring the Las Vegas economy since July 1996

For the "silly fun" night, you could always do coyote Ugly I've never been, but I assume that'd fit the bill. I think AMG has some fun drink specials with them, I have a brochure thing they sent me last year, I can send it to you if you'd like. Or you can contact them on their site: https://angelmg.com/bachelorette-lasvegas/// they should be able to give you the most up to date.

And Harrah's does karaoke at it's piano bar every night, so that's something else that could fit the silly fun bill.

As for the hotel, it really just depends on what you want to be near. The only reasonably priced rooms I know of with two bathrooms are at a treasure Is,and or MGM Signature, so that's a moot point. I would go with convenience first (once you decide what clubs and things you want to check out). The Flamingo GO rooms are fun, but I didn't really pay attention to mirror space or eat at the buffet there, I was only there for a couple of nights when my flight got cancelled two days in a row.

ETA The Light Group packages are great! I used them for my bachelorette last year and can't recommend them enough!
I'm not bitchy, I'm just drawn that way.

I have done the Bella Suites at Palazzo twice for bachelorette groups, and I highly recommend them! Two queen beds, plus a pull out couch, provides a lot of space. Then you have the shower and separate bathtub, plus a separate room with toilet. You could get two of those rooms, connecting, and be more than comfortable. We fit 8 in one once and were still fine. The pools at Palazzo are also nice, so for your last relaxing day you will have a good place to go. I also did the MGM Signature for another bachelorette party, and they had great deals for a good amount of room.

Like Tara said though, I'd first decide where you want to go. If you find you are going to spend all of your time down at Mandalay Bay, MGM, etc. then you may want to look closer to that area, otherwise you will spend a lot more on cabs or limos to get around, or have your feet killing you even more from those heels :-)

Since you are a group of girls, you will have fun and get taken care of wherever you go, but I recommend you look over who is performing while you are there to narrow down where you want to go; IE, maybe the bride really likes Calvin Harris, and he happens to be there, then you can make sure you work that in to your itinerary. Daylight is sooo much fun! When we went we were with a promoter who is no longer in Vegas (boo :-() but we had two daybeds near the dj booth and were really comfortable and able to stay near the action. Definitely contact one of the recommended hosts on here, and they will take care of you and give you some options.

For the silly night, I second Tara on the piano bar too, so much fun! And they may bring the bride up to sit during a song as well. What about also a pole dancing class?? I have heard of groups doing that and having a blast!

As far as buffets go, I can only recommend the one at Wynn, which was amazing! If you stay at Palazzo, that is the next hotel over.

Have soooo much fun! And these forums are great for your planning guide! When it gets closer you should start seeing the scheduled performers at the different clubs and then can get a better idea on where to go.

I'm wondering about that as well. Is it better to pre-book a table service or just ask around to see if any promoters are able to give drink tickets, etc.

That really depends on a few things:
            - are you dead set on going to any particular club?
            - which one?
            - how important is it to you to have a table?
and - how open is your group to branching out to chat up strangers and try to get an invite to their table?

I am a chronic over-planner, and I don't like dealing with guys who are "on the hunt", so I usually talk to a host ahead of time and get a table. But when budget or other things don't allow it, GA is still plenty of fun and I've never had a problem getting on a guest list at the absolute least. Just walking around the strip, you'll run into plenty of promoters. If you know where you want to go, I'd contact a host from here. It's easier than hoping to run into a promoter from a specific club.

Oh and if you decide to do the stripper pole class, Night School 4 Girls is a really fun time, plus they give you drink tickets and deals on other things (limo, Thunder from down under tickets, fixed price meals, etc.) if you are a big enough group.
I'm not bitchy, I'm just drawn that way.

There are clubs that have open bars for ladies early on in the night, and at the day clubs earlier in the day. They can give you a wristband or tickets to drink well cocktails (typically limited options, but hey, it's free) or some do champagne, you just make sure to tip the bartenders still. I know that Tao and Tao Beach both used to do that, I had a friend that enjoyed it at Encore Beach also, but best bet would be to ask a promoter/host on here if that is still the case. Anyone want to chime in?? I haven't done those in a couple of years, so I am not sure what is out there. Depending on the day/night, hosts may welcome you to a host table/cabana, where you can enjoy free drinks, and hangout, but typically if you do this, you may share the space with other ladies; additionally, if it is a busy day/night and they need the space, they may sell that table/cabana and you will get the boot, but they may then escort you to a table of gentlemen that are looking for some girls to hang with and in that case, completely up to you if you join; we have had really cool groups of guys that we hung out with, and others that were really sleazy, so rather than sharing drinks we chose to leave. We have also had situations where we had a comped bottle, just had to tip the waitress (had that at Light and Hakassan last year). Ultimately, the hosts will be your best bet on this; I am also going to try vipforfreelv this week when I am there because it has a free limo ride, so I will let you know how that goes! There is another thread on that service somewhere on here as well. Tara is right though, I agree with her to contact hosts ahead of time; you may have some last minute options come up (maybe a fun group you meet at the pool you choose to join at night, etc.), but it is good to have plans lined up just in case.

Dani, you might wanna post on the regular Nightclub and Pool Party boards, or message some hosts directly. Lol the bachelorette area gets a little bit neglected sometimes.
