iTunes and Windows Media Player run it okay - but for WinAmp you may need the AAC Plug-in - http://forums.winamp.com/showthread.php?t=157572

Easiest way is to Right-Click and "Save Link As" - that should pop up a dialog screen to allow you to save the file to your local computer.
