hey party, I was thinking about your first time story earlier today. I gotta hand it to you, being such a trooper after going through what you went through the first day in vegas. lol and you still made the best of it. It reminded me of a little saying me and my friends say when something shitty goes wrong during vacation...well besides "fuck my life" lol. we say "aint gonna ruin my trip" funky I know but it works , specially when your luggage doesnt come up the turnstile when you arrive in vegas. haha.

Oh, well, you pretty much have to try to not have fun in vegas...I mean it's near impossible. I still had a pretty good first trip, luckily that was only one night and I learned an important lesson-don't get falling down drunk when you are with another falling down drunk and are just 2 girls-so it all worked out.
I'm with you, so many things can happen and if there's nothing you can do about it, just don't worry.
Another little story. We went with another couple-very good friends-last mar 08. The girl and I were winning like crazy at craps. For us, we were up several hundred. Well, on our third day there, she took out her wallet in downtown (afternoon) to give a homeless person some money. Well, walked back into the golden nugget, wallet gone. We couldn't find it, she lost about 6-800 bucks, all her CCs, etc. She cried, but within 2 hours-after calling all the CC companies- we were playing craps again at MGM and having a blast. The next day was even more fun bc it was st pattys day. She was pissed, but dealt with it and didn't complain, and still ended up having an awesome time.
Another lesson...don't take your wallet out for anything!

The Hangover Rocks!

I give it TWO frekin Thumbs UP!! And yes it's true, I was in Vegas about a week ago, and I wanna go back again!! I'm planning a November-December time frame trip. I think I almost got thrown out of the theater cause I was laughing so hard, and I even laughed at parts nobody thought was funny. And you got to stay for the credits, Its probably the best part!!

And in traditional Vegas fashion, I used a coupon to get into the movie, (the first weekend at that) and found out between 4-6 they got this other special, so me and my wife so a first run movie @ 5pm for $5!! but dam it, in Vegas fashion again, they got me on the large popcorn, $6.50 LMAO .... but the movie was worth it! Go see it, and then you can test the theory or bs, .. Can you make it from LA to Vegas in 3 hours driving? I think not ...

Nope, just the pictures, but they complete the movie, and NO I was cold stone sober when i watched the movie, If i was wasted, dude, I know i'd be kicked out for sure. Oh and Mike Tyson, I nominate him for a frekin oscar! He was awsome, when he punched that guy out, even though i saw it on the previews, I pulled a muscle laughing!! (In the air tonight, is probably my all time fav Phil Collins song)

Another one to check out is...

Bachelor Party Vegas - it came out a few years with Kal Penn (Harold and Kumar...).

But, I think "The Hangover" is much more believable, better written and better acted.

i started watching it last night at home, but fell asleep. check out joox.net. they usuallly have all movies a couple of days after they come out. check under the movies section. the copy that's on there isnt to bad. i'll finish it tonight and if it's as funny as everyone says, i'll go back and see it in the movies..

So I finally watched it on friday, and WOW. I loved this movie, definitely gonna buy it when it comes out on DVD.
