I have started an advertising company a few years back. Within 1 year we had an unexpected increase in our clients. I had to hire more employees to manage the documents. Due to the recklessness of my employees, some important papers of our client went missing. To avoid similar cases, I plan to move to a digital document management system.
One of my friends suggested a document management solution provider in Ontario. Next week we plan to have a meeting with them. Does anyone use a digital document management system in their company? Please share your opinion on choosing this.
