Fleshed out 2 more "advanced" techniques:
• Pressing bets (my favorite is "press one unit")
• Using Come bets to protect against quick seven-outs.

I've also added "Stuff you'll hear at the table". There could be a LOT added to that, but that's a good starting point.

If you're playing video poker at a bar, then they'll generally want to see that you're playing the max bet in order to comp you. On the other hand, sitting at the bar means that it's easier to get nicer drinks (think more martinis or specialty drinks that are a pain to order on the floor), and you definitely don't have to be playing nonstop.

Put a $20 in the VP machines at the "sportsbook" bar near the back of the Cosmo casino and bet $1 every now and then, and you can drink anything you want. Cool environment too.
