If any local active poster here wants to experience Crown, let me know. I will set up a table and bottle on me. We support all the venues in Vegas. Our staff patronizes just about every other big club in town and we're all very well connected in the industry. And we send referrals all of the time. I appreciate the way this thread has developed and I personally respect people's opinions if they are based on fairness and honesty. If people ask for a hip-hop club in Vegas, they are probably looking for a venue that doesn't play Lady Gaga or mash-ups, and its probable that a well dressed urban crowd may be exactly what they are looking for.

I think you guys are talking about 2 different things. Urban and hip-hop are not hand in hand. As donnie said, Lavo has a hip hop night and they have a very strict dress code. I know when prive first started (not so much towards the end) they played almost all hip hop and still had a very attractive crowd. The crowd is based on the door staff and hosts/ promoters who fill and market the venue. Put your hip hop club at palazzo or wynn and the crowd is much different then at the rio.

I for one have never been to crown nor have I heard of this two hour wait and full priced cover.

Lol crown isn't that bad it's just I can get that back at home,atl, or dc so I just choose not to go but my friend told me they had fun there and my homegirls that live in vegas go all the time! By urban I'm guessing y'all mean majority black so I'm guessing this means it's probably jumping and they have cheaper bottle service!!! if they have something good Friday I might go there labor day weekend just bc nothing else is really working out for my ears right now

Bottle service isn't that cheap. Starts at $390 for a well bottle of vodka. And it's 80% to 90% black on Fri/Sat. Labor day Friday will actually be a really good look. Pleasure P will be there so it should be a real fun night.

Oh I loved LIV for Laid Back Luke's party, I can only imagine. I went Buckwylde at that place. Such an awesome club. I haven't been to Kings of Diamonds yet, but you gotta show me around! I m crossing into Team 2Live's hood

Yeah, KOD was awesome. I went for Memorial Day Weekend...twice...

BTW I think I'm gonna put Crown on my agenda for a Friday night also...worth a shot!
