I don't see this as a rights issue, I see it as a Strip issue.
I'll keep lighting cigarettes and cussing around the kiddies as long as parents keep bringing them to strip properties.
I can't really smoke or cuss at DisneyWorld, and with good reason. Of course I have the right to go there as an adult, and I have the right to go there looking for a party. Of course, if I do, it's gonna be a big let down.
Momentum has through the years been such that Disney no longer allows smoking, and has less Beer Garden type stuff for the Dads of yesteryear.
Conversely, Vegas has expanded the alcohol infused party to include drinking at the pool and is slowly eliminating the areas where kids feel welcome. I am completely in favor of these types of societal divisions when it comes to expensive vacations. I'll definitely check dude's website and help build on the steps properties have taken to make The Strip less child friendly as much as I reasonably can, wether buzzwords like 'movement' be tossed around or not.
lets not let semantics get in the way of a good party :-)
