It's really location, location, location. Depending on where you are in the club is kind of the factor. All the clubs have great ventilation systems to keep the air fresh (clean out the smoke, sweat, stank, perfume, alcohol, puke, sex smell etc) and the air conditioning will be raging. However, if you're dancing smack in the middle of the Tao dance floor - you're gonna sweat like crazy, regardless of the season. However, if you're on a pole at XS, you'll be much less likely to be sweating from head to toe.
Vegas in the summer is often in the 100's, it is a dry heat though. At night it will be a nice temperature outside but as long as you powder your more prone areas and keep the deodorant applied you should be alright.
And to go along with what The Chang (Drew) said, be careful on your flip flops - they have been known to melt before.
