A lot of water, and more booze immediately. I've also found that sticking to one type of booze helps keep me in better shape. Hard liquor typically leaves me feeling better in the morning than beer, but only if I drink the same amounts... I get carried away with liquor much easier :-)Next Trip: October 28-31, 2016

Milk thistle has worked well for me. I usually take 1-2 before I start drinking and 1 before bed. I personally like mixing in water around 3 or 4 AM and continue to drink beers until I go to sleep (if I do).
July 4th weekend 2 years ago I stayed drunk the entire time from Fri thru Sun so I never felt bad until Sunday afternoon.
I was recently put on to milk thistle but I'm not sure if it works for me yet

The best way is not getting yourself down in the first place. Keep your drinks mixed with energy drinks. Prevent yourself from getting dehydrated with lots gatorade. Also remember to eat!

The extreme caffeine in energy drinks and tons of sugar in juices will make you feel much worse if you drink more than 2 or 3 of them.
DEFINITELY stay away from the crazy fruity/sweet drinks like AMF's, Mai tais, mojitos, etc. I know they are delicious, but they're a sure stomachache if you drink too much.Next Trip: October 28-31, 2016

Just about the same as a Rockstar Recovery, except those are in Lemonade, Grape, and Orange flavor. Can't be worse than margaritas, can it? (I drink lots of margaritas in Vegas)
