Getting weird in Vegas

I only went to the karaoke bar at Imperial Palace, last year. Is there any better karaoke place? What about that one which is outdoor? Does it still exist?

good times at TJ's Karaoke party in Harrahs, a few steps away from Carnival Court. Me and a buddy of mine we were wasted and tried to sign up for " Tenacious D - F*ck her gently" and he told us "no songs with curse words". i later realized how much of an older crowd there was so I'm glad he stopped us hahah. Karaoke bar at Imperial Palace was also fun, lots of drunken karaoke memories from there.

This is good to know 'cause I work swears into any song I try. You should hear my version of "What A Friend We Have In Jesus". You wouldn't believe how many f-bombs I can fit in that one.

I am new to the forums but I will be in Vegas for MayOD! Hope to meet some of you there! Staying in the Cosmo in a wraparound terrace so def gonna have the bar stocked up!

stayed in that suite last Feb. you'll love it, best view on the strip and plenty of room in the fridge to stock alcohol

You can walk across to the street to the PH Miracle Mile shops and buy your liquor/beer at the ABC store. takes less than 8 mins to walk there from the east tower.

Is the liquor cheap at ABC? We usually hit up the Liquor Outlet on the way to our hotel but if ABC is cheap we may as well just go there... Also, is there a place like CVS around PH? Somewhere we can buy snacks and all that?? That way we can save time in the limo instead of making all these stops!

ABC has snacks as well... also for cheap booze, there's a great liquor store in the Gold Coast hotel across from the Palms. Since they're off the strip, they're a little cheaper.

I had a better time at TJ's Karaoke in Piano Bar. It's right by the Harrahs entrance that's next to Carnival Court. A lot more traffic goes through there and it's easy to peek inside of the bar to see what's going...Karaoke bar at IP on the other hand is pretty hidden and it's a hit or miss as far as the crowd goes, definitely more low key.

yeah it's fairly cheap, no point in paying a cab to take you somewhere off the strip for liquor, especially if you're close to PH. We bought a medium-sized bottle of Skyy for like $15, Absolut and Svedka was even cheaper. They should have everything you need there.
