Wynn / Encore are the best two spots IMHO on the strip - Venetian / Palazzo pale in comparison.

That being said, there's often a premium you pay for Wynn / Encore, unless you find a sweet 20% off deal or something like that.

Still, the Encore is the most beautiful casino that I've ever had the good fortune of losing money in.

I've stayed there before, but I think I liked the Venetian/Palazzo better in terms of rooms and location. The suites in V/P are bigger so you can have more people in one room. When I stayed in Encore, it was King bed suite only. Maybe that's changed since then?

The Wynn/Encore's location is still too far north on the strip in my opinion. V/P are already pretty far north.

Agreed. The holy trinity of Vegas nightlife (I'm slightly exaggerating, but still).

Wynn/Encore really does put all the other Vegas hotels to shame. It's more expensive than the others, true, but they do have Resort Credit deals fairly often.
