I usually get $100 in 1 dollar bills. I count it in front the dancer, so theres no confusion on the amount, and then hand it to him.

regarding tip6....then why are there so many douche-looking guys inside the clubs?

just a question about tipping discretely...
when you tip the host (let's say we get bottle service), do you tip with a handshake with the bills folded in your hand?
Do you count the money and give it to him?

My concern is that he actually won't know how much i'm tipping him unless he starts counting the cash. How do you deal with that?
