Monte Carlo Hotel

The Monte Carlo's pool is underrated for fun, I think. It may not be big and it may have a lot of kids, but they had a DJ when I was there and a lot of 20-30 somethings.

Compared to a place like the Flamingo, it had less kids (even comparing it to scale).

I would definitely choose Monte Carlo. It's where I tell friends to stay if they're looking for a good value.

One big con for me there is though the resort fee. Because it's an MGM property, there will be a resort fee compared to Harrah's properties.

I will use their Gym anyway so resort fee is not really an issue for me though you are right that it sucks that you are charged, i heard that their rooms are now a little sub-standard and there has not been much recent investment in refurbishing the hotel?

Good clean rooms, good pool, affordable and decent location and decent location. I'd stay here if the Flamingo ran out of Go Rooms or was too expensive.

Cool, we have booked 3 rooms here, though we are looking at maybe upgrading to a suite once we arrive in vegas.

Which dates and how much did you book it for? There are a lot of promo codes available for monte carlo.
