    I feel sorry for people who don't drink, when they get up in the morning, that's best they're gonna feel all day!

      Yes this really IS very dangerous! You can develop hyponatremia (low salt in your blood) by diluting it too much and by sweating out so much. Worst case scenario you go into a coma. Having said that, I have never seen anyone drink enough water to put themselves into a coma-but just know you might do it. Drinking lots of fluids though is good but maybe you should throw in some gatoraide or something?
      I've never come close to hypothermia or a coma I think you'd have to be one out of shape and hammered person to have such bad things happen. I'll usually drink a bit of pedialyte as well. I should have mentioned I wont sit for 30 straight minute. Maybe 10 minute shifts with a few mins outside or 2 15 min shifts

        No no no NOT hypothermia! hyponatremia! it is where the sodium concentration in your bloodstream gets too low! With you diluting it out with so much water (when you chug that much plain water) and sweating it out (we all know your sweat is full of salt). Alternating with pedialyte would definately be better!

              First of all--Wait till you hit 40!
              BEFORE you party (for say a couple of days before you go and everyday you are there) take magnesium 250mg. 2-3 times a day, take a good B vitamin-be sure it has B1(thiamine) in it. Vitamin C can help some people-others not so much. Milk Thistle(suppliment) is also supposed to help but I have found it not as useful. You can also pop a couple of charcoal pills before you hit the sack-it will absorb any of the alcohol in your stomach that you haven't absorbed yet. Be sure you drink plenty of other fluids during the day and even through the night you are partying. Take 800 mg. ibuprofen before you go to bed. (tylenol is harder on your already beat up liver)
              For the day after: most all hangover symptoms come from dehydration and build up of toxins from alcohol metabolism. SO it makes sense to drink as much as you can. Gatoraide, water, juice whatever. Glutathione (suppliment) may help as well. Now, having said that, hair of the dog really does work. It changes the metabolism (to complicated to explain here) and so in essence, yes staying drunk DOES work!!
              AND even with ALL that sometimes you just have to suck it up and pay for your good times!

                  100% true, someone died in competition to drink as much water as possible without going to the loo.

                    I get the worst hangovers, but this remedy i use now totally helps:

                    Piece of toast with honey on it, honey contains fructose, which helps your body metabolize alcohol more quickly.....down it with a glass of delish pedialyte and your set
                    "24 hours in a day, 24 beers in a case- coincidence? I think not."
