Not that I ever work out while on vaca...but I do feel one of the best ways to rid a hangover is to get a good workout. Although walking can constitute a "workout" I like going hard for 45 mins to sweat out the booze.

If you can manage to get up early, running on the strip is easy as it is super quiet before 9am. Most of us know this as we are usually heading TO bed at 7am-9am...

I definitely agree with you (pending the hangover isn't too severe). 45 minutes on the bike + a good steam... on top of drinking lots of water is a great way to recharge for a new day of debauchery.

Played soccer vs. UNLV my senior year (back in Sep-02)...was about 105-115 degrees over labor day weekend. I think I did die and somehow was revived once the game was over.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to run outside in Vegas when it's over 100 degrees...

I m a 24 fitness member, so I use the one thats down there by Tropicana and Decatur. I think if you are a non-member, you can print out a free trial pass online and use it during your stay.

just go really hardcore before you goto vegas. to the point where you can barely walk, and you need somone to carry your luggage for you because you are so shredded.

by end of your trip, it should have been just enough time for recovery

I guess that depends how long their trips are. If the trip is 3+ days, then I gotta throw in a work out day. If not you just feel all lazy and tired. My typical weekend trips of course are all dedicated party hours.

There are plenty of creative ways that a man can get his cardio on LMFAO

But I spent 90% of my time in the weight room. You can burn a lot of calories that way and train yourself for the pool parties.

I miss the good old 24 hour fitness at McCarran...if you go to the one on Trop/Decatur late enough in the day on a weekday ,you see a few pro body builders, and pro athletes.
