      There are quite a few. The places open on Sundays that I know of are XS/LAVO/Vanity/Bank.

          you were very generous, don't worry about that. sometimes your host can't walk you in, but they should always at least meet you at the front, or come by within a few minutes of you being sat to introduce themselves (if you've never met before) or to say hi and thanks for coming in. and then stop by a couple times throughout the night to make sure you're having a good time. even if they're working somewhere else like the guest list line, they should be able to break away for a few minutes and have someone cover for them so they can take care of their people
