so there's 5 of us girls from Toronto that are going to be in Vegas for 3 nights next week! We're crazy excited b/c while some of us have been before, it's been a while... so any imput you guys have on our itinerary would be awesome

We're staying at the Mirage and we like clubs with a mix of music (house, top 40, hip hop). Right now, we're thinking

Thurs - Tao
Fri - Tryst, Surrender? (Saw Yolanda be cool will be here - will it be mainly house all night then? and hard to get in?)
Sat - XS

If we're not looking to get bottles, just guestlist, should we still contact hosts about getting on guestlists? Or will we be okay as a group of girls to get in?

oh, and this might be a stupid question, but are there coat checks there? We were thinking we could just walk to the clubs cuz they don't seem to be that far?

Any feedback/tips would be much appreciated - we're soooo excited! 9 more days!

as already mentioned, your club lineup looks good whatever you choose for friday, and you definitely won't have a problem guestlisting a group of girls to get in for free.

the only thing i wanted to add is while the mirage is really close to all the clubs you mentioned and you shouldn't have any problem just walking over to them (although your feet will hate you if you wear anything resembling heels, especially leaving the club),

DEFINITELY WEAR A COAT!

it is friggin cold in vegas at night in january, don't let these men tell you different! coat check is usually about $5. every place i've been has had one but i personally haven't been to surrender or xs in the winter so you may want to call ahead and check.

I'm not sure about coat checks at the clubs, but generally you can check a jacket (or bags) at the hotel bell desk. I usually tip $1 per article when I drop off and another $1 per article when I pick up.

All the mentioned clubs have Coat check..and Ill pay $10 to avoid my feet hurting ...DO NOT be those girls walking barefoot at the end of the night....Plus as for Coat check you dont need it if you find boys with tables

Remember that the Vegas hotels are a bit of an optical illusion. You see the casino/hotel you want to go to, just down the street. But once you start walking it usually takes 3x as long as you expected. Mirage to the Wynn is just across the street and 1 hotel north, but it'll be quite a trek in heels.

Just plan on getting a taxi from Mirage to the Wynn, it'll be money well spent.

+1! Always take a cab - especially going home. We attempted to walk a couple times and never again!
