I think firm rules need to be established with these whistles. As they say, "With great power comes great responsibility."

Examples:

1. When a fellow AODer sounds their whistle, all members within a 20 ft radius must come to the aid of said member and disarm the grenade.
2. A fellow member may blow the whistle on behalf of another member who may be otherwise influenced by alcohol, thus not being made fully aware of one's "grenade-ness."

Grenades aren't really an issue for me, you can see/and or hear them coming especially if you have good friends.
