you can start a monthly/weekly Vegas report. Like a news cast about whats going on in vegas, whats coming up, even "live" club reviews, and maybe interviews at the clubs while people wait or get in. Maybe even a street team that interviews random people and get their take on vegas and what they are doing.

meet people at the airport or arriving at hotels.. ask them for their plans and see them all excited.. at the same time you can also meet people who are leaving and get their experience.
