if one looks at the harrahs footprint on that corner, and their need to get something developed at night besides, uh, jet and pure, it's very easy to justify overpaying for his involvement. also a pretty safe move giving him control of the entire property, given his midas touch.

i would be shocked to see the giant changes to the rooftop come to fruition, but the wraparound balconies on the 1st and 2nd floor are an easy upgrade with a lot of upside.
