- and a +1 for Lee's Discount Liquor. There is one towards South Point (way south Strip) and another one on Flamingo, just east of the Strip. Depending on where you are staying, this one is probably your best bet.

Yes. And pretty much anything else that you can find in a grocery store. And the grocery stores in heaven, er I mean LV sell liquor and beer.
