I actually really enjoy the outside area at Surrender at night. The lighting is amazing and there are great looking people everywhere. Just as I prefer the outside area at XS - more breathing room, fresh air, good vibe. Then when I feel like dancing I can head right back into the dancefloor. Places like TAO have become so overly crowded that it's a nice change of pace. Plus it's still a good time of year to do it while the weather is nice outside at night. I guess it's all personal preference though.

I went to Surrender twice last trip, and enjoyed it. Its just not a must for me though. All of the top clubs have outdoor areas, but Surrender is like 5%/95%. It just loses the "nightclub" feel for me.

Changed my mind again......

I decided to change my XS visit to Friday. My rationale is that I may have less BS to deal with than on a Saturday, but still enjoy the scene. I have also decided to swap Surrender with Tryst. I figure Tryst will be best on a Saturday night.

Since I am having dinner on Friday at Lavo and then hangin' at the lounge for a little bit, we will probably want to get "crazy" later. Thanks for the help people. You are friggin' awesome!

What is the earliest time to arrive for XS? I would like to get my stamp/wristband early and then go to LAVO for dinner/loungin' then hit XS when it is crackin'!

Personally, I would do Surrender on Friday and Tryst on Sat. For XS I would say, get there around 9-9:30, so the line isn't too long.

The following is my opinion on your vacation.

I have never understood why people demand XS on Saturday night, IMO its the worst night to attempt entry, with or with out bottle service.

since you have 4 clubs that are must visits and 4 nights nights in vegas, I would do

Thursday: TAO (industry night, IMO best night)
Friday: Surrender (Aoki's House, even if he isn't there, its still a great vibe)
Saturday: Tryst (this is a little AOD secret, but tryst is tons of fun with half the hassle of XS, plus its the same format of music and similar crowd)
Sunday: XS (now that night swim is over, the main room will be open, they will honor guest list requests and table mins will average a normal club and not be in the k's)

Like I said, this is my opinion, just remember I have been to all the clubs listed every night they are open.

Haven't been to EBC yet, but after last time Tryst is a must. Also XS, altho normally on trips its one or the other.

Those are great suggestions, but I am curious about the type of music played. I'm not sure who Aoki is or if that is even a person. LOL

I am from Chicago...the birthplace of house music. I don't do Techno, so if that is the case I will steer clear of that one! I would be bored out of my mind listening to that all night...no matter how many fine hunnies are there.
