WMC / UMF - Miami 2011

I m still trying to figure this out.. whats the difference between WMC and Ultra Music Fest? Or is it the samething?

Umf is part of wmc, but they are used interchangeably to refer to the music events That are part of the week. Umf is Just the djs performing while wmc consists of classes for producing, djing, etc. Wmc has a lot of other stuff going on related to dance music.

For the majority of people interested, the days you care about are UMF.

oh ok! That makes much more sense :-) Oh yea, I heard this year UMF is going to be 3 days.. I m assuming its going to be Fri-Sun instead of just Fri/Sat. Wonder if tickets will cost more..

1. It ends at 12pm right ? So then it's off to the clubs ? Do we have a any contacts or are we gonna STAND IN LINE ?

2. Daylife when does the umf start during the day ? Or later in the evening ? Pool parties or beaches ?

3. Anyone have any hotel recommendations ? I wouldn't mine if it's close to pollo loco.

4. Is everyone trying to stick to a budget or just goes balls out and be broke in Vegas two months later ?

5. I'll think of some more later ?

(Balling on a budget my friend. If you set your budget, don't go over it.. there should be no reason you can't make invasion)

WMC is one of the craziest parties ive ever attended. I've done it 3 years in a row and then took a break. The party never stops. You make your own down time when you need to. In the past ive done thus-mon. Now is the time to start booking rooms or renting a place. Hotels prices triple. Even the dumps raise their prices because they are in high demand. If you want to see the best, that's the best time to go because they are all there spinning set after set. Game on!

Make sure you pass the info to us of that sweet lake house! Its going to be cheaper to just rent that then a hotel room.

So we are looking at November still for the presale tickets which are the cheapest and they WILL sell out. Its not a matter of IF.

Sunny had a hook up on a vacation house. I have looked at a few hotels, and I think the prices will be jacked up specifically for that weekend

it's around 1250 for the weekend and that's only like 250 if you get like 5 guys! only downfall is that you HAVE to drive there cause it's a little off of south beach. Let me know if you guys need anymore info.

Thanks man! 250 for a whole weekend is a pretty good deal per person.
