Yeah, that's him. His name is Scott Sartiano. Last I'd heard he and JLS weren't together any longer. I'm pretty sure she and Turtle from Entourage are dating in real life. At least they were a few weeks ago.

Regardless, he has quite a list of conquests in the celebrity world. He knows how to work it for sure.
