Who is Joy Behar... Googled her and never seen her before... But i've used the plastic bag as a pool party wallet and my dollars ended up all wet... doesn't work as well as one might assume... That is depending on what you are doing in the pool... i'm sure if your just hanging out your stuff will stay dry in a plastic bag... but I need something a little more high preformance, ass shaking approved, waterproof cellphone holding thing...
