I went there a few weeks ago and complained about the outrageous pricing. I told them I was going to go to a hotel manager. As I was leaving to go to the customer service station to find one, a manager from the pool came up to me and told me involving the hotel wasn't necessary. He ended up giving me and my 2 friends a free cabana with drinks all day for free. My guess is that they don't want any complaints to go to the higher ups at the hotel. Just a tip for anyone planning on going there.

It's very cool that the manager took care of you, but they rent space from the Venetian, no one at Tao is a Venetian employee. The hotel couldn't do a thing with your complaint, and I doubt Tao would ever hear of it.
