1 bottle per every 3 what if you have 7

So I'm ready to lock up a few tables but here is my dillema.

Its one bottle per every 3, I'm cool with that, but what if you have 7 or 8 in your party. Is it possible to get a table seat 6 order two bottles, then have the other "two guests" show up like 15 minutes later, and just order from the waitress. I'm just thinking out load, anyone else ever solve this problem

worst case scenario we pay for the 3rd no big deal, I just know out of these 8 heads someone is gonna bitch, its just the lay of the land

I had a deal worked out for four people... one more guy showed up. I said nothing... host said nothing. It was no big deal.

With two more people I would tell my host and toss a few more bucks.

not a problem at all! all you do is make the ressie for 6, when you show up just tell your host that you have one or 2 last minute additions when you shake his hand and they will tell you not a problem. worst case is they will comp your friends cover walk the 6 people in and put your friends in the front of the GA line with the comped admission ticket and they just meet you at the table, but more times than not they wont have a problem with the additions so long as you take care of them.....btw show up early as well to make sure of no probs

I would say if your going to use that method...i would make sure the other "two guests" should be girls to be on the safe side
