Nice! That place looks really awesome! And your not too far from everything. Your gonna have a blast!

What kind of scene are you looking for? Are you looking into doing any of the touristy stuff? Like Seaworld or the Zoo? How many people all together?

Well, its a family trip to celebrate my dads 70th birthday partly. Me, Mum and dad, and brother and sister both in their late 20's. Gonna be a mix of doing some touristy stuff together and us 3 going off doing our own thing. We'll be looking for fun lively places to party. Its my mums birthday while we're in NYC and my dads birthday while we're in Vegas. Got a friend who lives in Vegas flying to SD to meet us and spend Cinco Del Mayo partying etc, and also meeting up with a few friends in Vegas as well.

Not really got anything planned for San Diego other than a boat ride and car hire for a couple of days (will probably drive up the coast towards LA?) Not really bothered about the zoo or seaworld. We arrive in SD at 9pm Saturday night so think we may miss the fight but wanna head straight out once we get there. Any suggestions?

Think i'll just jot down a few good looking bars & clubs I find online and see what happens, i'm sure i'll stumble across some nice drinking establishments anyway

Anyone around these towns while i'm there feel free to shout me up on here and we'll meet for a drink!

          NYC - 27th April to 1st May
San Diego - 1st May to 6th May
          Vegas - 6th May to 11th May
A couple of us are always around. Def up for a NYC meetup anytime.

I agree with Stu. Hit Lugers or Sparks first on the steak plan. CHinatown, Little Italy and Ellis island are always cool spots. The oldest Irish Bar in NYC Mcsorleys never disappoints especially day or afternoon drinking. Where you coming from?

ah McSorleys. I haven't been there since St. Patty's Day 2005. Word of advice, don't ask for any particular type of beer. It's mugs of dark or light beer!!!

I'll pm you if I hear of anything special going on in the night life scene. I'm somewhat free this weekend, so I would definitely up for meeting up for drinks.

I was in NYC in October, and I did a nightclub tour in the Chelsea district which included M2 and Suzie Wong's (can't remember the 1st one). M2 is probably the biggest club in Manhattan and has 2 rooms, 1 hip hop, 1 house. A lot of fun! Suzie Wong's is more of a lounge but has great music.

Nice! Didn't end up at either of those, will have to check them out next time I'm over. Definately visiting again, great place!

Does anyone know of any bars in San Diego that screens English Premiership Football (soccer)? Really important game on tomorrow night and need to watch it?!
