Yeaup, it's official - Addict2SinCity has won both the May Invasion Contest and the Second Chance Contest [basically because she was the only one who had faith in Duke winning it all].

So that means Addicted wins one larger priced bottle of liquor [range $40-$60? I'm guessing that's how much a bottle of Belvy costs there] and a small priced bottle of booze [around $20-$25]. I guess if you want, you could pool your winnings too. Let me when you want to collect on the prize during May!

Thanks Blib. Man I hate Duke, my bracket is always garbage when Duke does well. I know I need to check loyalties and despised teams at the door when filling out a bracket(which I do for the most part) but can't bring myself to do that when Duke is involved. Oh well, great championship game, one of the better ones in recent memory.

Feel you on the Duke hate. I went to UNC and my lady friend currently goes to Duke and has done nothing but talk shit the last 2 days. It's taken ungodly restraint on my part not to burn all her clothes and personal items that are at my house.

I think you need to be more embarrassed to lose to me! my knowledge of NCAA is based on the movie, "the Blind Side" that's why I thought it was a football pool at first, but I somehow realized it was a basketball pool towards the end.
When I first saw the title of the thread, my first inclination was that NCAA was some movie rating system! then i remembered sandra bullock and Mississippi and the NCAA..

if it makes you feel better, i came in second place for a sports pool last year, but i dno't remember if it was for football or a different sport.. that time, i think I picked based on the vowels in the name.. i felt bad collecting my money..

Hmm, I actually thought you were leveling this entire time, but after reading this comment I guess not. Props on your performance but I guess I need a final update...

next year I'm just gonna recruit addicted2sincity to fill out all my brackets because I clearly know nothing about college basketball

Late comment, but just remember - when Duke loses, America wins. Oh well. That was already going to be one of the greatest NCAA finals I've ever watched, but Butler not quite getting that last-second shot to go in killed me.
