So all have about a half hour or so to get in on the Second Chance Contest! So enter and make those picks!Originally posted by blibblab View PostAlright then, here's the link to the Second Chance Contest for all who either missed out on the first contest or just did horribly like myself [this is in addition to the one already running right now], this one requiring a Yahoo! account to join:
http://tournament.fantasysports.yaho...20028&P=mayaod
Again, some rules:
- No fees, no money exchanged, just a simple join - all free.
- One entry per person.
- After you join, either PM me, reply here, DM me on twitter, or whatever - just let me know!
- Your entry name should include a derivative of your forum username [again, just to keep track]
- And lastly... You MUST be attending the May Invasion. Why? Well, I'm not shipping out booze!
The prize to the winner? Something in the $20-$25 range of liquor, so still not bad! Join! Now! And make sure to fill out your bracket if you join!
I'll need at least eight entries to make it a contest, so if that quota doesn't get filled... well, no second chance!

Don't worry, this is actually a good thing when it comes to March Madness. The amount of basketball you watch during the regular season is inversely related to how well you do in the pools, so your expectation is actually pretty huge in this. If you still want help, the number next to each team in the brackets is the number of national championships they've won in the past, so just go with the team with more championships each time and you'll do fine.Originally posted by koriJoined.. and this time I actually made a selection.
If someone wants to review my picks for me since I know nothing about sports.. please PM me.. and I'll split the winnings with you..
B, Thanks for organizing this!
Blib, since you're not willing to be coerced, is there a prize for second in the main pool? Can I at least get a can of Milwaukee's Best? (I'm pretty confident I'll be able to leapfrog restyle and finish in 2nd)
ps. I'm in the yahoo pool, fatgirlsluvcakeChillin's #1 fan

Yeah, you're right dude. I'm being kinda petty. When a player with a tongue-twister of a name like Ali Farokhmanesh is hitting Larry Bird-type 3s and toppling over the No.1 team in the country, I need to just say "screw my brackets' and enjoy the most exciting NCAA tournament in recent memory.

Alright, arm twisted - how about second in the main pool gets a shot of his or her choice?Originally posted by chillin@thebellag View PostDon't worry, this is actually a good thing when it comes to March Madness.
