I don't know but I can guess what vegas stubs is.

First off it looks like it comes in a fancy aluminum cigar tin leading me to believe that this could be something well put together and something that actually works.

Once opened it will have ticket like stubs on ticket type paper with graphics/signage and whatever promtion offer to a particular restaurant and nightclub that is participating I'm this offer. Inside the tin for example you will have 5 restaurant tickets and 5 nightclub tickets with attached stubs. These tickets as per venue can either used as say a discount on food like buy one get one free or a % off. Ok the nightclub tickets these can be used as say "fast passes" bypassing whatever line to whatever nightclub that is specific to the ticket. Once handed to a bouncer doormen or host , this person rips the stub off leaving you with the used ticket.

Now for club or restaurant reimbursement can be such as part of the advertising promotion or the stubs can be redeemed for money from the creator of vegas stubs. Like a partnership.

For counterfit security measures each ticket can have a corresponding "serial" number on each ticket, stub and tin.

These serial numbers will be activated at time of order/purchase

Damn thats old school P. Rocks, they have bar codes (like a picture) that can be Emailed to your PDA (file attached) or SMS (text if you didnt know) to your cell phone to be scan electronically at the door that will replace tickets soon for tracking.. kinda like at your local grocery store they use bar codes on there iteams.. !!!
