Just an FYI.... I just found out the Hard Rock charged me $16.80/day in "resort fees", but my email confirmation says $7/day. This happened to everyone in my group who booked there. The accounting department had closed by the time I called, but I've heard as long as you have your original confirmation email, they'll refund your $$.
